STEALING FROM THOSE “AT-RISK” … In short, Christopher Butler, the owner of an assisted living center in Boulder County was arrested for stealing from a senior citizen living in his assisted living facility.

Butt-Hole Butler owns Timberline Lodge assisted living, he faces three theft charges for theft from an at-risk adult, according to Boulder County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff’s investigation goes back to August 2015, after a resident’s family member filed a complaint.

Butler is charged with setting himself up as the 83-year-old victim’s “representative,” and then wrote checks own personal account.

Investigators estimate that nearly a half-million dollars was taken from the resident victim. between 2009 and 2015, which was around $273,000 more than should’ve been paid.

Residents of the facility have been relocated, as investigators search for other possible victims.

The sheriff’s office is concerned there may be additional victims.
