Shawn’s water heater tank failed and flooded his main living area. That was bad enough, but dealing with a shoddy contractor to fix things added to his headaches. Shawn regrets calling Professional Restoration @ 303.922.4001 (located at 2452 West 2nd Avenue, Denver). Why? Because they do not stand by their work! Shortly after installation, a large portion of the floor started buckling or warping. According to our expert, Buddy Mitchel, the floor is failing because the COREtec floor was installed incorrectly. He said the only way to make it right is to remove all of it and replace it over a new subfloor. Professional Restoration will simply not acknowledge their mistake.

When we contacted Professional Restoration, they agreed to replace the 200 square feet that is failing. But their response to us conveniently did not address the main issue. That is, the entire COREtec floor was installed incorrectly and not up to industry standards. If they simply do a patch job, that will not prevent the entire floor from failing in the future.

Unfortunately, Professional Restoration chose not to do the right thing. I suggest you avoid this company if you even need a restoration company.
