UPDATE: Since this story hit the net, we have heard about numerous additional rip-offs all over Florida. The complaints involve taking money and not doing work! Or in some cases, stealing and in one case, using a customer’s credit card to go gambling! READ THIS STORY AND BEWARE! HE IS A DUDE THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED!

There was a time when a guy like this could move from one state to another and fleece a whole new flock! BUT WITH THE INTERNET THERE IS NO HIDING!
Short story: Michael Leonarczyk, under the name of Keystones Fence and Deck, swindled two homeowners out of around four grand. He took the money up front with the promise of removing and replacing an old border fence. He only removed part of the old fence then took off, never to be seen by them again!
When we called the guy, he admitted he did not complete the job and said he simply doesn’t care what we say about him or what people think about him. And why should he care? He’s already established a track record of swindling.
