On the surface, Jeremy Carter looks like a nice family man who wouldn’t hurt a flea. But lurking beneath that innocent-looking nerdy appearance is a devious bastard who bilked dozens of people out of thousands of dollars. By our count, he took more than $500,000 in deposits and did very little or no work at all under the name of Plains Building Systems, LLC. We’ve also been told he is also using the name Colorado Agricultural Buildings.

This lying, cheating scumbag filed for bankruptcy October 26, 2021, listing 110 creditors! In other words, he is claiming financial difficulties because he collected down payments, did little or no work, now can’t repay those unfortunate consumers! By the way, this is not the first time Carter has filed for bankruptcy.

UPDATE, AUGUST 3, 2022: The bankruptcy did not work! A grand Jury indicted this scumbag for 34 counts of felony fraud. That’s right … Jeremy Carter was actually arrested and taken into custody. He has since made bail … but his day is coming when he will most likely spend a lit of time in jail! He is suspected of fraudulently taking around $1-million from consumers!
