Deb contacted us on behalf of her terminally-ill brother who hired 5-Star Restoration & Construction to remodel one bathroom and add another one in his basement. The vague contract was signed on July 26, 2022. It has never been completed after the consumer paid Patrick Silva $19,000 on a total contracted price of $26,000. The last time he was seen in January, 2023.

Silva and his company have terrible reviews and this is not the first time and probably not the last he will disappoint customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!

5-Star Renovation & Construction most recent address was 2201 Rambouillet Drive in Fort Collins, Colorado with a phone number of 970.413.1458. If you see these details in any advertisements, beware!

In addition to this complaint, I found another one listed on the Better Business Bureau website, where the BBB give the company an “F” rating.

Our son hired a contractor (Patrick Silva) to remodel kitchen and two bathrooms. On 4/8/20 I talked with the contractor and paid him $6,079.85 … for supplies. The contractor didn’t show, or would not even respond to my son’s inquiries. This happened over and over again. He did some of the kitchen remodel, but did not finish it. He completed very little of the work we contracted for … he owes us about $4,000. for supplies.
