Watch out for Denver Family Dent and owner Bobbi Ward who may take you for an expensive ride or what some would call an out-and-out theft!

Suzanne called my radio show today to complain about this company. She said she took her car to Denver Family Dent in Colorado Springs for a hail repair estimate. As it turns out Suzanne decided it wasn’t worth fixing the car, so she made a settlement with Allstate, She would be paid $5,800 and she’d simply keep the car as is.

Unfortuntely, Allstate sent the check directly to the bodyshop and they kept the entire amount! Elizabeth says records show that Denver Family Dent cashed her check on August 2, 2024 and simply KEPT THE MONEY!

Both Suzanne and Allstate have made several unsuccessful attempts to get the money back. It appears that Denver Family Dent decided they are entitled to $5,800 for doing nothing!

Our attempts to get a response from Denver Family Dents have fallen on deaf ears. No one will repsond.

My recommendation is to avoid a company like this! Why would anyone want to do business with a company that steals money???
