Sally used crooked Darrell to manage the rental of her condo … but all he managed to do is rob her of rent!

The crooked realtor had no problem collecting rent, but he did have a problem forwarding the rent to Sally the landlord … That’s because Darrell kept it for himself!

When Sally called my radio show to complain about him, she did exactly what I told her to do. She called the police. Evangelista was charged and ordered to pay restitution to her.
