To make matters worse, after paying all that money to this money-grubbing creep, he and his crews disappeared. Other contractors told Tammy it would take another $30,000 just to fix mistakes and finish the job!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We have since found out that Schwalb and his company have left a string of unhappy customers and even the Better Business Bureau (who doesn&#8217;t have high standards) revoked the company&#8217;s accreditation and issued Schwalb Builders an &#8220;F&#8221; rating! Schwalb has since closed its doors.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apparently Schwalb also had operations in South Florida, which is also closed.
