Tell the truth

• Do not exaggerate the dollar amount.
• Do not guess at crimes you cannot back up.
• Do not send a story you would not say to the person’s face, or in court.

If it is thin, angry, or half-made-up, it dies here. We would rather have one clean file than ten sloppy ones.

What we do with it

Someone reads every report. If it looks real, we may call you. We may also give the other side a chance to answer. Nothing goes on the site until it checks out. Sending this form does not mean you get an article.
