The Troubleshooter Show. Same host. More than 45 years. Free.

Tom Martino is America’s original Troubleshooter. He has been fighting for consumers since the early 1970s — first in newspapers, then television, then the radio show that still airs every weekday. That show is widely called the longest-running radio talk show in America with the same host still on the air.

It is not a chat show. Callers come on with a contractor who took the deposit, a dealer who will not fix the car, a bill that will not die. Tom and co-host Marc Mager use the microphone the way other people use a lawyer’s letter: they call the other side, live, and they do not hang up because it is uncomfortable. Tom Martino calls it media with a purpose. Listeners call it Reality Radio.

The flagship is Talk Radio 630 KHOW in Denver, weekdays. The same program streams on iHeartRadio, YouTube, Facebook, and as a podcast. That is how a local rip-off becomes a public problem.

What the years produced

Tom Martino came to Denver in 1981 for KCNC-TV and KOA Radio, then years on Fox 31, plus the radio show that never stopped. Across radio, TV, and this network the work has helped recover more than $300 million in cash, refunds, repairs, merchandise, and finished jobs for people who did not have a PR firm.

You do not pay for that. The help is free. The airtime is free. The pressure is free. That is the point.

How we can help you

  • Hear the story and tell you if it belongs on the show, in a Sleaze Brigade file, or with an agency.
  • Call the company when the facts are solid.
  • Put the problem in front of a live audience if that is what moves it.
  • Point you to ReferralList.com, the vetted side of this work: contractors and shops that have been checked, plus numerous attorneys and other experts who help people get out of a mess.

We are not a law firm and we do not take every fight. Thin stories, inflated numbers, and grudges without proof die here. Real ones get a call back from the show.
