CENTURY LINK – EMPTY PROMISES

Are Century Link representatives still lying to customers?  That’s the only conclusion we can reach after dozen of calls to my radio show and office.  They are all basically the same:  The phone rep for CenturyLink promises a certain monthly rate but the ensuing bills are always higher that what was promised.  After hearing the same story over and over, we can only conclude that either lying is part of the CenturyLink culture; the company is turning a blind eye to their lying reps; or CenturyLink just happens to hire a bunch of liars.
