RIO EXTERIORS IS PROUD OF THIS TERRIBLE RAMP!

All the homeowners wanted was a ramp due to their disabilities. What they got was some kind on monstrosity installed by Rio Exteriors for $12,000!

The guy who came to put the railing on said, I can’t do it in god conscious because the ramp is dangerous! It is too steep and doesn’t meet code.

We asked Rio Exteriors if they would remove it and redo it. They said there is nothing wrong with it. SO, we sent an independent expert to inspect it. He agreed with the railing guy that the ramp is too steep and does not meet code.

So far Rio refuses to help out the elderly couple with a refund or another, more suitable ramp.
